  • Just keep swimming 🐠

Sometimes we do things without knowing what will come from them, and something good happens. Other times, blessings come to us without us asking right when we least expect them.

When these things happen, we might question where they came from or think something bad is behind them. But sometimes it isn’t the devil it’s God. It’s all part of His plan.

God may be helping you face your demons and become the person He wants you to be. He may be giving you something meaningful to put into the world. When you feel that calling, it can be hard to ignore.

Not everyone gets what they want. Some people remain stuck, while others fall and feel like they can’t recover. But falling doesn’t mean your journey is over.

When you fall, get back up. Keep moving forward. What you’re going through may be preparing you for what God already has planned.

  • One with yourself

A few nights ago, I had a strange dream. I don’t remember seeing anything clearly, but somehow I felt awake while I was still asleep. Everything was dark, and I could hear voices speaking to me about religion the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

The message I took from the dream was that to feel one with God, you must first become one with yourself: your mind, your spirit, and the way you live. It made me think about all the thoughts we keep trapped inside our heads and the words we hold back because we’re afraid or uncertain.

Maybe faith is not only about listening to what is happening within us, but also learning when and how to express it in the world. Not every thought needs to become an action, but some thoughts may be asking us to pause, reflect, and speak honestly.

Sometimes we feel stuck in our own minds because we haven’t yet found the right words or because the right moment hasn’t arrived. Perhaps part of trusting God is developing the wisdom to know when to remain still and when to speak.

  • If learning could speak

It’s funny how abstract life can be.

Sometimes I can remember every detail of a conversation the little things people tell me, the way they said them, and even how the moment made me feel. But when it comes to reading or learning something new, my mind works differently. I have to read it, then reread it again and again before it finally stays with me.

How can I remember conversations so clearly, but struggle to remember the things I’m trying to learn?

Maybe it’s because conversations feel alive. A person’s voice carries emotion, personality, and meaning. Words on a page can sometimes feel distant and silent.

If only the things we were learning could speak directly to us, maybe they would be easier to understand. Maybe if knowledge had a voice, a feeling, or even a story of its own, I would remember it the same way I remember people.

  • Meditation reflection

Sometimes there’s no way to explain how grateful you are for life. It’s more than words it’s a feeling deep within you. A quiet kind of thankfulness that doesn’t have to be spoken to be real.

  • RIP

Rest easy to everyone who has passed away. You’re always on my mind and forever with me in my heart. I’ll never forget you or everything you’ve done for us.

Some things are far beyond our control, but I believe you’re somewhere better looking down on us and protecting us. I can’t tell you whether there’s a better life above or below, or exactly where you are. I just hope you’re happy. I hope you’re okay, and I hope you’re safe.

Now I have to take this time to grow. I know it’s been a while, but please don’t leave me, because without you, I feel miserable.

Still, I believe it’ll be alright. We don’t have to worry, because I’ve got you and you’ve got me, always.

    I’ve been chewed up,
    spit out,
    and stretched across zip codes.

    None of it left me
    worried about dying.

I’ve spent so much time surviving

    that death stopped feeling
    like the scary part.

“I’ve spent so much time surviving that death stopped feeling like the scary part.”

  • Ghost

    Like fumes,
    you burned through me.

    Like a fire,
    you burned me down.

    Now all that’s left
is a ghost of what we were,

    still deep inside your heart.

Like laying on a bed of pin needles,
    fire in my chest,

    like thorns upon his head.

    You let me go,

    but some scars stay alive,

    and some ghosts never leave.

“My love for you is what you call a ghost inside your head.”

Sometimes I wonder, and sometimes I just don’t know.

If this world is all make-believe, if we’re dreaming while we’re awake, and if we wake up when we die.

Does time keep moving in another world? Will I still be able to feel, think, and do the things I do while I’m alive?

It’s hard to imagine these things when all we know is what we’ve discovered, and there’s still so much left unknown.

“Sometimes I wonder if we’re dreaming while we’re awake, and if we wake up when we die.”

Maybe some questions aren’t meant to be answered.

  • The way

Don’t let anyone get in your way go ahead and live your life the way you want the world will never change even when you change and while you do your best and the world remains the same around you the people are always gonna say what they want… keep going:)
